Our one-dish workshops at Rick Stein's Cookery School are a great way to spend an evening. You can relax, enjoy a glass of wine and discover how to cook one of Rick’s favourite dishes. Whilst cooking in pairs and following the recipe, our chefs will share their tips and techniques to help you create the perfect dish.
