Our two-day courses follow a similar pattern to the one-day courses - a mix of demonstrations and practical, hands-on cookery and a sociable lunch enjoying the dishes you've produced (with a glass or two of wine, of course). We have 5 different two-day cookery courses to choose from, including recipes from Secret France and Fish & Shellfish.
